Acceptance Letter

This is my acceptance letter from AIPAC.  I will be getting further instructions (security briefings, itinerary, etc.) that I will share as I recieve them.

You have been selected for a spot on this year's AIPAC Campus Allies Mission to Israel, Monday, May 25 – Friday, June 5, 2009.  

You were selected from an extraordinary pool of applicants and we have a very full wait-list. We are already developing an exciting program which will include visits to some of Israel’s most important historical and holy places, as well as top-level briefings and site visits. AIPAC will cover your domestic and international travel costs, as well as all accommodations while you’re in Israel.

By Monday, April 13 please send a return e-mail to aberelowitz@aipac.org to confirm your acceptance of a spot on this Mission.

Information about your itinerary and flight will follow, but in the meantime there are several important deadlines below. Please keep in mind that your participation on this trip depends on you meeting these deadlines! 

By Monday, April 13:

·        Please email a photocopy of your passport, your social security number for entry into Israeli government buildings, and a high resolution portrait-style photo of yourself (minimum 4 megapixels) to aberelowitz@aipac.org.

·        You must also submit a $250 security deposit to hold your seat. This deposit will only be cashed if you cancel your participation on the trip after May 1. If you are using a credit card, please call Amy Berelowitz at 202.639.5265 to give her the information over the phone. If you are sending a check, please mail it to:

If your passport is being renewed, or if you are requesting a passport for the first time, please notify us as soon as possible. You must have a passport in order to participate on this Mission.
